This is the homework for this coming Saturday:
  • Answer worbook pages 33 to 36.
  • Write and answer the following exercises on notebook:

A. Complete the text with the Present Progressive in the Passive Voice of the verbs in brakets.

Tom Brown is a news reporter and today is his first day at the Daily News. At the moment he (1) is being shown (show) around the building by his manager.

In the meeting room, a meeting (2) ____________(hold) to decide which stories are important enough to be put in tomorrow's newspaper.

Everyone is busy at the moment because some articles (3) _____________(prepare) for Sunday's paper.

In the computer room some articles for tomorrow's paper (4) _____________(type) up.

The front page of tomorrow's paper is almost ready. In fact, it (5) _____________(print) at the moment.

In the delivery area, the vans (6) ______________(load) with today's papers which will be delivered to newsagents.
